ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY

BUT DUE TO SUPPLIER PRICE INCREASES,
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Within the Continental United States please include 10% shipping, with a $10.00 minimum charge except special items. We ship U.P.S. whenever possible, so be sure to give a street address. Add $9.00 for C.O.D. Sorry, but we cannot ship C.O.D. outside the United States.
On certain heavy, bulky, or oversized items such as, but not limited to, firewall pads and sheet metal, special shipping and packaging charges apply. These items and shipping costs are (noted in parenthesis). All other
items too large to ship via UPS will be shipped motor freight. Merchandise
must be paid for in advance, but freight charges will be paid by you to
the freight carried upon delivery. Outside the '48' States, please add
25% for shipping.
The Seller, FR Parts Store, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and FR Parts Store neither assumes or authorizes any other person to
assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this
UPS: Items must be in original shipping carton. Contact local UPS for assistance.
POST OFFICE: Must be in original carton. Take to post office for help in filing claim.

We will not accept an item for return after 1 year. Please inspect the merchandise upon arrival. Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date. After 30 days, a 15% restocking charge will be applied. After 6 months a 50% restocking charge will apply. If you are returning a part for refund or credit please be sure to pack it well and insure it for the full value. We cannot refund or give credit for parts which are received in damaged condition. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice number or they will not be accepted.
